 Andre Haddad, P.E.
President & CEO
As President & CEO, Mr. Haddad oversees LKB's strategic development
and manages overall operational activities. From 1984-1995, he served as
Director of Civil Engineering, and from 1995-1997 as Vice President &
Chief Engineer for Design. In 1997, he was named President and later
that year organized the employee purchase of the firm. Under his
leadership, Mr. Haddad has expanded LKB's business and led the firm to
its highest grossing year in 2002.
Steven Hanuszek, P.E.
Executive Vice President
Construction Services
Mr. Hanuszek has 29 years experience on a wide variety of
municipal and industrial construction projects, including highways,
bridges, buildings, water/wastewater treatment facilities, landfills,
site developments, and recreational and marine facilities. As
Principal-in-Charge of Construction Services, Mr. Hanuszek is
responsible for quality control, and technical direction of field
inspectors and resident engineers. As Executive Vice President, Mr.
Hanuszek monitors the administrative activities of LKB's operating
departments.
Ralph Cuomo, P.E., D.E.E.
Vice President
Environmental Services
Mr. Cuomo oversees the environmental activities of LKB's Engineering and Construction Services departments. He has 52 years
of diverse experience, primarily in the administration and
design of solid and liquid waste projects, including a number of
successful refuse incinerator plants, one with power generation
facilities. Major liquid waste projects include two multi-municipal
sewer projects�Rockland County Sewer District No. 1 and the Suffolk
County Sewer District No. 3. Mr. Cuomo is a Diplomat in the
American Academy of Environmental Engineers and received the Nassau
County Chapter of New York State Society of Professional Engineers
Engineer of the Year Award for 1993.
Sylvester Celebrini, L.S.
Vice President
Survey & Mapping
Mr. Celebrini has 34 years experience in all related survey
aspects of civil, site and municipal engineering. As Vice President of
LKB's Survey and Mapping Department, he is in charge of all work
performed by this Department, which includes surveying, mapping and
aerial photography. In addition, he is responsible for client/contractor
relations regarding schedules, production, and costs for all surveying
projects. Mr. Celebrini has also provided expert witness testimony on
survey and mapping issues.
Paul Lappano, P.E.
Vice President
Environmental Engineering
Mr. Lappano has over 32 years
of varied environmental experience, including solid waste disposal
projects, Phase II assessments, sewage pumping stations, Environmental
Impact Statements, water supply projects, as well as the three-time
award winning Merrick Landfill Closure/Norman J. Levy Park.
Mr. Lappano will lead the
firm's environmental engineering department. His focus will be to expand
and diversify the department's client base, while providing our existing
clients with the same high level of professionalism they have come to
expect.
Brian Ednie, P.E.
Vice President
Civil Engineering
Mr. Ednie has over 23 years
of diverse civil engineering experience, including the design of
highways, bridges, drainage systems, and site development projects. As
Project manager, Mr. Ednie led the successful rehabilitation of NYSDOT's
I-287.
Mr. Ednie will lead the firm's
civil engineering department. He will be in charge of transportation,
structural, site and civil engineering services. He has vast experience
working on numerous projects with clients such as the New York State
Department of transportations, New York State Office of parks,
Recreation and Historical Preservation as well as numerous municipal
agencies.
